Manganese (Mn) toxicity inhibited primary root (PR) growth in Arabidopsis. Five-day-old Arabidopsis seedlings grown in 1/2 MS medium were transferred to fresh media containing 2–12 mM MnCl2 for 2 days. (A) The PR length was measured after 2 days of treatment.
