After two days of treatment (10−6 to 10−8 1α,25(OH)2D3 or 10−7 to 10−9 M MART-10), p21 and p27 expressions were determined by western blot. Both 1α,25(OH)2D3 and MART-10 increased p27 expression in SNU308 cells without obvious effect on p21. MART-10 was more effective than 1α,25(OH)2D3.
