After two days of treatment (10−6 to 10−8 1α,25(OH)2D3 or 10−7 to 10−9 M MART-10), CDK4, CDK6 and cyclin D3 expressions were determined by western blot. Both 1α,25(OH)2D3 and MART-10 decreased CDK4, CDK6 and cyclin D3 expression in SNU308 cells with MART-10 more effective than 1α,25(OH)2D3.
