Antagonism of CXCR3 inhibits 4T1 motility. (a) Monolayers of confluent 4T1 cells were scratched. After culturing for 24 h with media containing DMSO or JN-2 (10 μM) and PBS or mCXCL10 (300 ng ml⁻¹), cells that migrated to the denuded zone were analyzed (*P<0.05). Scale bar is 200 μm. (b) 4T1 cells in medium were placed in the upper chamber, and medium containing CXCL10 (300 ng ml⁻¹) or JN-2 (10 μM) was placed in the bottom chamber. After 24 h of incubation, migrated cells were stained with H&E and analyzed (*P<0.05). Scale bar is 500 μm.
