PLC/PRF/5 or Huh-7 cells were treated with chemicals for 72 hours, followed by subjecting cell lysates to immunoblotting with Pin1 antibody. (A) PLC/PRF/5 cells were treated with different doses of ATRA. (B,C) Huh-7 cells were treated with different doses of ATRA (B) or liarozole (C) alone. (D) Huh-7 cells were treated with fixed 10 μM ATRA combined with different doses of liarozole. (E) Huh-7 cells were treated with fixed 25 μM liarozole combined with different doses of ATRA.
