(a) The reads generated by RNA-Seq from anti-Gal-3 and anti-HuR RNA-IP were mapped against mucin transcripts using Bowtie2. Normalized reads were calculated by dividing the number of mapped reads by the total number of reads mapping on ENTREZ Gene x1000.
