Plant immunity hormones regulate the expression of disease-related PMEIs. AtPMEI10, AtPMEI11, and AtPMEI12 expression was analyzed by qPCR at 0 and 48 hpi in B. cinerea- or mock-inoculated leaves of 6-week-old Arabidopsis wild-type (WT) plants. The expression levels were normalized to UBQ5 expression. The results represent means ± sd (n = 3). Different letters indicate data sets significantly different according to ANOVA followed by Tukey’s test (P < 0.01). The experiments were repeated three times with similar results.
