Membrane NtSEC3a localization overlaps with both NtEXO70A1a and NtEXO70B1 localization. YFP:NtEXO70A1a, YFP:NtEXO70B1, and NtSEC3a:YFP were expressed individually in tobacco pollen tubes, and their subcellular localization was examined by optical sectioning using spinning disk confocal microscopy.
