B. 3D reconstructions of coalescence in the presence of 1 mg per ml between 42 and 106 hours of incubation in the 3D Matrigel model reveals continued coalescence. Curved white arrows in 42 hour panel point to aggregates that are partially obscured by another aggregate. Straight white arrows at 74 hours indicate the direction of travel of cells or aggregates that moved out of the field of view.
