Notes: A549 cells were transfected with miR-148a plasmid or miR-148a inhibitor and or 3′-untranslated region of FoxO1 luciferase. Real-time polymerase chain reaction (A, D) and Western blot (B, E) were conducted to measure the relative expression of STAT3.
