METamplification is an independent indicator of overall survival: Cox proportional hazards model evaluation of the FISH classification with respect to overall survival. A multivariate analysis was performed, and the MET/CEP7 ratio was used as the approach to FISH characterization. HRs along with 95% CIs for each baseline covariate are depicted.
