Similarly-growing robust transgenic and WT 3-week-old Arabidopsis plants were exposed to -6°C for 72 h. Leaf samples were collected at 0, 2, 4, 8, 12, 24, 48, and 72 h to determine the activities of SOD, POD and CAT. All determinations were carried out for three biological replicates. Asterisks indicate a significant difference (^∗P < 0.05; ^∗∗P < 0.01) compared with the WT Arabidopsis.
