(A) U937 and K562 cells were treated with 50 μM cordycepin for 24 h. Percentages of CD34+CD38− cells were determined by flow cytometry analysis. These results are from three independent experiments. (B) Upper panel, a flow chart of the experimental design: MSCs were incubated with MSC-CM, U937-CM and K562-CM for 48 h followed by 50 μM cordycepin for an additional 24 h.
