OD450 values of ELISA tests for H. pylori-specific serum IgG and intestinal SIgA levels. The Lpp20 group and Lpp20 + LTB group were vaccinated with L. lactis NZ3900/pNZ8149-SP-lpp20 and the mixture of NZ3900/pNZ8149-SP-lpp20 and NZ3900/pNZ8149-SP-ltB, respectively, while the PBS group, as the control, was treated with PBS. One week after oral immunization, blood sampling was performed for half number of the mice of all the groups. The serum (1:10 diluted) and fecal samples were tested for H. pylori-specific antibodies by ELISA.
