The larger D is fixed at 1 μm2/s, with the smaller D varying between 0.8 and 0.2 μm2/s. The average percent error is calculated as ((|D1D1true|/D1true)+(|D2D2true|/D2true))×50 or ((|P12P12true|/P12true)+(|P21P21true|/P21true))×50. The shaded region indicates the uncertainty in the parameter and is defined as the standard deviation of the parameter during the Markov chain Monte Carlo approach.
