Effect of Compound 9a on serum cytokine levels during sepsis. Mice were injected i.p. with vehicle or 10 mg∙kg−1 Compound 9a 2 h before and immediately after CLP. The serum was collected 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 h after CLP. Serum TNF‐α (A) and IL‐6 (B) levels were measured in indicated time.
