Immunofluorescence imaging was used to analyze calreticulin upregulation in human prostate, breast, and lung cancer cells following exposure to 223Ra. (A) Calreticulin expression was quantified using ImageJ software. The data presented are MFI values normalized to their respective mock-irradiated controls.
