OB cells were isolated from long bones of 2 month-old (n = 2), gonadectomized (n =) and 24 month-old (n = 2) male and female mice (2-4 mice per condition). The cells were incubated in the presence of a fluorogenic probe sentitive to the oxidative stress and analyzed by fluorescent microscopy. A. A representative picture of each condition is presented.
