Primary keratinocytes were established and unexposed (left column) or exposed (right column) to Y-27632 for 24 h. Cells were then left untreated as control (A), or treated with α-Fas agonist Ab (B), etoposide (C), or camptothecin (D) for an additional 24 h. Cells were visualized by phase-contrast microscopy for cell morphology and attachment.
