Knocking down ZEB2 significantly reduced the percentage of SP cells in 5-8F and SUNE1 cultures. D. Repression of ZEB2 induced chemotherapy sensitivity. E. ZEB2 suppression significantly reduced the expression of SOX2, NANOG, OCT4, and BMI1 in 5-8F and SUNE1 cells (*P<0.05).
