Immunocytochemical staining was performed for CHKα (red), VIMENTIN (green), SOX2 (green), and DAPI (blue) in LN229 (A) and JHH520 (B) cells. All cells were stained positive for the three tested proteins. VIMENTIN/CHKα/DAPI and SOX2/CHKα/DAPI co-stainings revealed that CHKα expression correlates with the expression of VIMENTIN but not with SOX2 in all tested cell lines.
