(A) ZEB1, ZEB2, SNAI1, SNAI2, TWIST1, N-cadherin, and VIMENTIN mRNA levels were analyzed by RT qPCR in shCHKα cells and compared to controls. (B) ZEB1, TWIST1, and CHKα protein expression levels were detected using immunoblotting in shCHKα and control cells.
