a-g. Breast cancer cell lines MCF7, T-47D, MDA-MB-361, HCC1954, MDA-MB-468, MDA-MB-231, and BT-549 were treated with carfilzomib (0, 0.01 μM, 0.05 μM, 0.1 μM, or 1 μM) for 24 h. Then whole cell lysates were subjected to SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with antibodies against PARP and Caspase 3 (or Caspase 7) to detect apoptosis. α-Tubulin was used as the loading control.
