Relative change of the mRNA expression of the gene of interest after 8 hours of (co-) incubation relative to the housekeeping gene and to time point at hour 0, respectively. The first value represents the results in A. fumigatus incubated alone (Af), the second value the results in A. fumigatus incubated with NK cells (Af+NK) (mean±SEM each). Negative values of “x-fold change” indicate down-regulation, positive values up-regulation. Shown are the results of at least five independent experiments.
