A. Total numbers of live splenocytes from LysMCre-fur^(fl/fl) (KO) and WT littermate control mice were calculated using trypan blue staining (n = 7/genotype, 6-8 weeks of age). B. Flow cytometric analyses of F4/80⁺CD11b⁺ (macrophages) and Gr1⁺CD11b⁺ (neutrophils) peritoneal cells were performed from LysMCre-fur^(fl/fl) and WT littermate control mice (n = 4/genotype, 6-8 weeks of age). C. Levels of serum cytokines from steady state LysMCre-fur^(fl/fl) and WT littermate control mice (n = 6/genotype, 6-8 weeks old mice). Plots represent average ± SEM.
