(A) MDA-MB-231 cells transfected with control or MIEN1 siRNA were collected at 72 h post-transfection. The cells were lysed and subjected to Western blot analysis with the indicated antibodies. (B) MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with control or MIEN1 siRNA for 72 h and subjected to wound healing upon sub-confluency.
