(A) Wild-type p53 MCL cells transduced with lentivirus encoding either control shRNA (ShC) or p53-specific shRNA (Shp53) were incubated with the indicated concentrations of GSK2830371 (GSK) or Nutlin-3a (N3a), and the numbers of viable cells and annexin V-positive fractions were determined. (B) Expression of total and phosphorylated p53 proteins in Z-138 and MAVER-1 cells treated with 10 μM GSK2830371. (C) Expression of p53-related proteins in Z-138 and MAVER-1 cells after a 12-hour treatment with the indicated concentrations of GSK2830371. β-actin was used as loading control. Results are representative of three independent experiments.
