A small cohort of brain tumor tissue microarray containing brain tumor and normal brain tissue (N=24) was stained with anti-Btk antibody. We found that 8/16 malignant brain tumor exhibited strong Btk staining while very weak or no staining was found in the normal brain tissue. Btk expression level was also correlated to the stage of disease where all grade IV GBM stained strong with anti-Btk antibody while 1/4 grade III with moderated Btk signal.
