Western blotting analyses were performed using the cell lysates derived from U87MG-control (lanes 1–2 and 5–6), U87MG-merlin (lanes 3–4), and U87MG-FRMD6 (lanes 7–8) cells. These cells were first treated with or without 60 μm H₂O₂ for 1hour as indicated in the panel. 50 μg of total proteins were loaded in each lane. Actin was included as an internal control for protein loading. Proteins were detected by different antibodies as outlined in right side of the panels.
