LYRM03 attenuated inflammatory cell accumulation in the lung tissues of ALI mice. Mice were challenged with 5 mg/kg of LPS or 10 mg/kg of LYRM03 by an intratracheal injection. Subsequent intraperitoneal (ip) injections with 10 mg/kg of LYRM03 were administered once (4 h groups) or twice (24 h groups) before the collections. Control mice received PBS alone by injection.
