Dose-dependent reduction of iNOS, COX-2, and Myd88 expression by LYRM03 in LPS-activated alveolar macrophages. Alveolar macrophages were collected and incubated with or without LYRM03 (0, 50, 100, and 500 μmol/L) for 1 h. Cells were treated with LPS (100 ng/mL) for 16 h.
