4T1 cells growing in Lab-Tek chamber slides were incubated with rhodamine-conjugated WN-Fc fusion proteins, washed, fixed with paraformaldehyde, and then analyzed by confocal microscopy to check for surface binding and internalization. Nuclei were visualized with Hoeschst 33342 staining (blue). Representative images are shown (original magnification x 60). The arrows indicate membrane staining.
