Rhodamine-conjugated NW-Fc fusion proteins or Fc control (200 μg each) was intravenously injected into the tail vein of mice bearing subcutaneous 4T1 tumors. After 18 h, tumors and others organs were removed, fixed with paraformaldehyde and prepared for frozen sections. Tissue sections were incubated with Hoechst 33342 for nuclei staining (blue) and mounted using Dako fluorescent mounting medium before analysis by an epifluorescence microscope. Representative images from each group are shown (original magnification x 10).
