Planar vortex plate and Bessel converter are combined to generate a higher-order BG mode. Following lens transfers this mode to correspond PV beam. Comparing with the system exhibited in Fig. 1, PB phase elements will dramatically reduce the occupying volume of the entire system. Insets show the phase distributions of each element respectively.
