Cytotoxicity evaluation of BBR at 24 (A), 48 (B) and 72 (C) hours. HEK293 cells were treated with different concentrations of BBR or 1.0 μM STSP and incubated in 5% CO₂ at 37 °C for 24 hours (A), 48 hours (B) or 72 hours (C). Luminescence was determined with an Envision 2100 multilabel reader to detect viability following incubation with the CellTiter-Glo reagent for 15 min. Compared to the control group, BBR showed no significant cytotoxicity on HEK293 cells after incubation for 72 hours.
