Data in each group are means ± standard deviation (SD) of five samples derived from three independent experiments. Statistical analysis was conducted with the one-way ANOVA (22:6n-3 p < 0.001; UI p < 0.001; n-3/n-6 p < 0.001; ΣPUFA p < 0.001) using Dunnett’s post-test to compare NS and supplemented cells (** p < 0.01; *** p < 0.001).
