Blood pressure measurements were conducted in the animal facility of the FRIM (Fédération de Recherche en Imagerie Multi-Modalité, Paris Diderot University, Paris, France). Nine female mice and eleven male mice aged 6 months were used for the analysis. Results are expressed as dots which represent the mean of at least six measures of systolic blood pressure and HR for each animal and bars represent the mean ± SEM of all female or male measurements. *** p < 0.001.
