Methodology. The methods are divided in three parts: 1) Disorder: sequence preprocessing and prediction of disordered regions, 2) Counting: counting of SLiM patterns and instances, and 3) Comparison: analysis of the overlap between predicted interactions against interactions in NIAID and LMPID databases
