A-B. HEL92.1.7 cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of JQ1 for 16 hours. At the end of treatment, RNA was isolated and reverse transcribed. The resulting cDNA was used for real-time, quantitative PCR analysis. The relative mRNA expression of each target was normalized to GAPDH and compared to the untreated cells. C. Heatmap of HEL92.1.7 treated with JQ1 for 24 hours, then analyzed by reverse phase protein analysis. Each column represents an independent sample. Samples were analyzed in biologic triplicates. Proteins shown were altered by at least 1.25-fold up or down relative to the untreated cells and had a p-value of less than 0.05.
