iPSC lines derived from donors with and without AMD were differentiated into RPE and the RPE maintained and expanded over three passages (PO-P2). Expression of RPE related genes was analyzed for each line and shown in comparison with the expression level in human adult RPE isolated directly from an age matched control donor without AMD.
