Effects of Xn treatment on AMPK, GSK3β phosphorylation and Nrf2 expression in LPS-induced ALI mice. Mice were given different concentrations of Xn (10 or 50 mg/kg) with an intraperitoneal injection 1 h prior to LPS (0.5 mg/kg) pretreatment and lungs of mice were collected. Protein samples were extracted from the lungs and analyzed by Western blot. Quantification of relative expression of P-AMPK/AMPK, P-GSK3β/GSK3β and Nrf2/β-actin were performed by densitometric analysis. Similar results were obtained from three independent experiments.
