Table I — Table IV: Analytic validity of FirstStepDxPLUS Data from clinical samples were evaluated using CNAM on weighted log2 ratios from 184 arrays as described above. The data from CNVs with and without custom FSDX probe content were evaluated to determine any discrepancy in detection based on inclusion of the custom probes and no evidence of non-concordance was observed.
