Arabidopsis Ying Yang 1 (AtYY1) is a phosphoprotein with an evolutionarily conserved casein kinase II (CKII) phosphorylation site. Zinc-finger domains (Zn Finger), putative nuclear localization signal (NLS) and the acidic transactivation region are shown as boxes in purple, blue and yellow, respectively.
