Condition: The cells (1 × 105cells/100 μl/well) were seeded in 96-well plates at 37°C and 5% CO2. The aqueous solutions of samples were added in the culture medium following MTT assay protocol.

Legend: In MTT assay, the ANG-TAT-PTX exhibited an improved anti-tumor activity compared to that of ANG-PTX, suggesting the presence of TAT fragment increased the cellular uptake of PTX.
