(A) Chemical structure of QL47. (B) Huh7 cells were infected with DENV2 then treated with a range of QL47 concentrations. Cell viability (black) and viral yield (red) were measured 24 hours later. CC50 and IC90 values—respectively, corresponding to the concentrations of QL47 that lead to 50% cytotoxicity and to a 1-log10 unit reduction in the number of infectious progeny virions produced—were determined by non-linear regression. Representative data (mean ± standard deviation of experimental duplicates) out of n ≥ 2 repeats are shown.
