Cell viability after treatment with extracts from four different posts. Confluent human gingival fibroblast were treated for 24 hours with extracted medium made eluting the posts for 24 hours, 48 hours or 72 hours. The cell viability was mesured by the MTT assay. Values are expressed as percentages relative to the control group (100% viability). Bars and error bars represent the means and ± SD from three independent determinations performed in triplicate.
