Pf0-1-EtHAn screening of Arabidopsis accession collection (data related to Fig. 1). (A) Cartoon representation of screening of accession collection. Three- to four-week-old rosettes were grown in a grid (48 genotypes per grid), which was inverted, submerged, and vacuum-infiltrated with bacterial solution. Plants were phenotyped over the next 5 d for visible symptoms. (B) Heat map of responses of Arabidopsis accessions vacuum-infiltrated with Pf0-1 expressing individual effectors. Strong necrosis and weaker chlorosis symptoms are indicated by red and orange, respectively. HopBA1 is indicated by a red arrowhead.
