Ability of embryonic body formation and staining of Tra1-81 in reprogrammed Hep3B cells by retrovirus-KOSM. HepG2 nontransduced cells were used as a negative control for KOSM transduction (A, scale bar=200 μm and B, scale bar=100 μm).
