(A) HeLa cells transfected with c-Myc siRNA or a non-targeting control for 24 hours were analysed by Western blotting. (B) c-Myc target genes transcript level, normalised to GAPDH, were determined by RT-qPCR in HeLa cells transfected with c-Myc siRNA or non-targeting control for 48-72 hours. Error bars represent standard error of the mean, n≥3. (C) Chromatin immunoprecipitation assay (ChIP) was performed using anti-CE antibody or control, in HeLa cells transfected with c-Myc siRNA or non-targeting control for 24 hours. c-Myc target genes (NCL, FBL and NME1), and GAPDH in ChIPs were analysed by qPCR.
