A. VECs were transfected with IL6 siRNA or negative control siRNA for 24 h, and then the transfected VECs were infected with or without ALV-J (MOI = 0.1) for another 48 h. Total RNAs were extracted from the VECs and the mRNA levels of IL6 (to test the effect of the IL6 siRNA) A., VEGF-A B., and VEGFR-2 were determined by real-time RT-PCR.
